Steps:
- Download Avenza Maps to your phone.
- Search for “BLM” in the find bar (select List at the top, rather than Map)
- Select “BLM-Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area” and click install
GPS works even without service once installed with WiFi or strong cell strength
