Announcing the official, Imperial Sand Dunes Weekly Permit Design Contest! The design contest is open to the public. This is your opportunity to design the upcoming 22/23 weekly permits. The winning design will win a 22/23 season pass! Good Luck!

THE OFFICIAL RULES:

Eligibility. This Imperial Sand Dune photo contest is open to the public.   

How to Enter. Participants should email their digitally created vector file to lhage@gosanddunes.com with the subject line “ISD Permit Design Contest Submission” before Thursday, April 28th, 2022 at 11:59 PM MT. Designs are accepted in a vector format only. Valid submissions must include the participant’s full name, email address, and a short description of the photo. Imperial Sand Dune reserves the right to dispose of any photo that it feels is inappropriate. 

Winner Selection. Imperial Sand Dune staff will determine the top 4 finalists and the BLM will choose the final winner!  

Prize. The prize is a free seasonal permit for the 2022-2023 season. The second-place prize is a free weekly permit for the 2022-2023 season. Prizes are non-transferable. 

Additional Limitations. Imperial Sand Dune reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the contest. By participating (submitting via email), each entrant releases the submitted photos and agrees that they may be used for promotional purposes. The contest winner will be posted on the Imperial Sand Dune website and social media! Contact information will not be made public.

Entrants are required to be 16 years of age or older, and the winning design may be required to make a few changes in order to comply with BLM standards.

THE FINE PRINT:

Weekly On-Site and Off-Site Permit Specifications 

All images must depict the BLM Badge.

Incorporate our website WWW.ISDPERMITS.NET.

Incorporate the season date “Oct 1, 2022-Apr 15, 2023”

One $35 Off-Site image and a $50 On-Site image in a different color but use the same image.

All images must depict BLM riding safety guidelines. I.E., flags must be OHV’s headgear must be worn on any character shown in an OHV, etc.

Designs are required to fit in a 1:1 ratio format.

Please account for the hangtag ring in your design.

Export images in a range of 300-350 DPI.
